Are you a graphic designer and what we are doing resonates with you?

We want you to use your gifts and talents to be a blessing to others. When you are registered as one of our freelance graphic designers, every design submitted to us that is selected as one of our monthly products will earn 10% commission on its sales. 

How it works

Please send us your interest in this program at sarah@olivetreeworks.com. Be sure to attach some samples of your recent work or link to your portfolio. The initial screening process will take approximately 5 business days. You will be notified via e-mail if we would like to continue to the application and registration phase of enrollment. 

Application & Registration

After submitting an application and registration form, you will be notified of approval into our program within 7-10 business days. All freelancers are contracted employees of Olive Press with earnings reported a 1099 form at the end of each year.

Creative Briefs

Detailed creative briefs are sent to our freelance contractors on a monthly basis. You can select as many or as few designs you would like to submit. Initial artwork must be submitted as .png or .jpg for approval. Final design winners will be requested to submit original files for the website and print.

Product Launch & Commission

When your design is chosen, you are part of our team. We will work with you and notify you of its launch, its earnings and send you a commission check at the end of the month. You will receive a snapshot of our sales dashboard for that item and potentially archive your design for future runs if it's a hot seller. Every product that features your design will earn 10% commission for life.
